How many superficial relationships do you have?  You know, the relationships that are constrained to character limits, quick chats, and emojis?  If you look at your social media accounts, how many of your connections have you had an actual face-to-face conversation with?

I believe we're made for more than superficial relationships. To be effective leaders, coaches, facilitators, and agile practitioners, we need real engagement. We need open discourse, face-to-face interactions, and even healthy conflict.  We need a psychologically safe space to learn and grow together, as a community.
